Our acceptance into SHARP by OSHA is an achievement of status that singles us out as a model for worksite safety and health among our business peers.

OSHA's Safety and Health Achivement Recognition Program (SHARP)Last spring we began the process of fulfilling the following requirements to qualify for the SHARP program by undergoing a comprehensive audit, correcting all identified hazards, demonstrating that effective safety and health programs are in place, maintaining injury rates below the national average in our industry group for the last three years.

By summer all buildings completed these requirements to participate in the SHARP program.

In October 2006 we were notified that we have received our final approval and are certified as a member of SHARP.



We became the first Distribution Center in the State of Florida to achieve this award from OSHA.

Internship Program

Prior to graduation, valuable experience can be gained through our internship program. Interns work in a variety of positions in the corporate office and at the store level, including all areas of merchandise support. Interns are exposed to all aspects of retailing through cross training and classroom style sessions.
