At Beall's Inc., we provide distribution, information technology, loss prevention, human resource and finance support to the operations of Beall's Department Stores, Beall's and Burkes Outlet Stores and where applicable, to each other.
PLANNING
We coordinate and facilitate the financial and strategic planning activities of the Company.
The goal of these efforts is to produce a roadmap for increasing sales and profits over both the short and long term without taking unnecessary levels of risk.
As part of these efforts, we pursue and evaluate new processes, technologies and ideas, implementing those that have the potential to improve our business.
CONTROL
We are responsible for developing and maintaining a set of internal financial and operating controls that are appropriate, given
the risks we face in our businesses. Guided by these controls, we strive to protect and safeguard our assets and to ensure that throughout the Company, we comply with applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
SERVICE
We provide a variety of administrative, support and distribution services to our customers so they can focus on the merchandising, marketing and store operations aspects of their businesses.
Our goal is to be a valuable resource for them, providing accurate, timely and effective support while keeping our costs as low as possible.
