Beall's, Inc. is the parent company of Beall's Department Stores, Inc., Beall's Outlet Stores, Inc., and Burke's Outlet Stores, LLC. Prior to graduation, students can gain valuable experience through our internship program. Interns work in a variety of positions in the corporate office and at the store level, including all areas of merchandise support. Interns are exposed to all aspects of retailing through cross training and classroom style sessions.

Eligibility Periods
  • New employees become eligible for:

  • Health and Welfare benefits on 90th day of service
